Mr. Chia Kwok Wei holds a Bachelor of Laws (Honours) from Multimedia University and was called to the Malaysian Bar in 2010. Since joining Messrs S.K. Song, he has developed a broad litigation practice that covers civil disputes, employment matters, and debt enforcement. His ability to manage multiple types of cases makes him a versatile member of the firm's legal team.

General Litigation

Within the firm's litigation portfolio, Mr. Chia handles a wide range of civil claims. This includes contractual disputes between businesses, personal injury claims, negligence actions, and neighbour disputes over property boundaries or nuisance. He regularly appears in the Magistrates' Court and Sessions Court in Johor Bahru, and has assisted senior counsel in High Court proceedings.
